USA Main Street purchases qualifying seller-financed and owner-financed mortgage notes from note holders throughout North Carolina. We also evaluate eligible land contracts and deeds of trust from property owners who want a lump-sum cash payment instead of continuing to receive monthly installments.
Each mortgage note is reviewed individually. The evaluation considers the payment history, interest rate, remaining balance, remaining payment term, borrower information, property value, and overall risk. Any offer is made on a case-bycase basis and may be less than the note’s remaining balance.
